Warranty Registration

Billiards warrants to the original purchaser that if there are any defects in materials or workmanship during the lifetime of the original owner, Billiards, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace the defective part or parts with no charge to the owner. This warranty does not include pockets, rail cushion or cloth. Should any defect of materials or workmanship appear during the lifetime of the original owner, notice of defect should be forwarded immediately to the dealer from whom the product was purchased. All claims for warranty must be made through an authorized Billiards dealer or Agent. Parts deemed to be defective should be returned to Billiards, freight prepaid. If, after inspection, the parts are determined by Billiards to be defective, they will be repaired or replaced and returned prepaid by conventional surface freight. The labor cost for removing or replacing the damaged part shall be paid by Billiards. If the claim occurs more than one year from the date of the original purchase, shipping costs shall be the responsibility of the owner.

Replacement or repair of defective parts shall constitute complete fulfillment of all obligations with respect to the product. The Lifetime Warranty does not require the replacement of the entire billiard table.

All slate supplied by Billiards is guaranteed to have been machined flat to within plus or minus .01" over the playing surface, and is guaranteed to remain flat provided it has been properly installed, shimmed and maintained. Billiards reserves the right to repair minor faults which are inherent in the slate.

The above warranties do not apply in case of defects judged by Billiards to have occurred as a result of normal wear and tear, accidental damage, alteration, misuse, abuse, neglect or natural calamity of the parts affected.

Billiards obligation hereunder is voided if the billiard table is installed by anyone other than an authorized Billiards dealer or factory approved service agent.

The foregoing warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or limited. Billiards neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for Billiards any other obligation or liability in connection with said billiard table. This warranty is not transferable by the original owner.
